MTGF is a hobby project built by two people. There's no ticket system — just email us and we read everything.

Email info@mtgf.net for anything — account questions, bugs, feature requests, privacy and GDPR requests, or abuse reports. We reply when we can, usually within a few days.
Reporting issues
When reporting a problem with MTGF, please include:
- The page or action where the problem happened.
- The X-Request-Id header returned in the response. Every response includes this header, and it lets us find the exact request in our logs.
- The time of the request (approximate is fine, with timezone).
- What you expected and what happened instead.
Common issues
Hitting rate limits
Authenticated sessions are limited to 120 requests per minute; anonymous visitors to 30 per minute. Responses include X-RateLimit-* headers so you can back off. Sustained abuse may result in temporary throttling.
Deck import problems
Include the decklist text you tried to import. Most failures come from unrecognized card names or missing quantities on the first token of a line.
